First 4 days. - Os 4 primeiros dias.

Well, I arrived around 2 p.m., so we went straight home. I got the front of the car and I could se the streets until my new home, I simply loved that. I have my own room, it's too beautiful.
So I had a little danish lesson with my new father.

Bem, eu cheguei por volta das 2 da tarde, então nós viemos direto para casa. Eu fiquei na frente no carro e pude ver as ruas até o meu novo lar, eu adorei. Eu tenho um quarto só pra mim, ele é lindo.
Então eu tive uma pequena aula de dinamarquês com meu novo pai.

After that we went for a little walk in the neighborhood and I could some danish houses.

Depois disso nós fomos andar um pouco na vizinhanca e pude ver algumas casas dinamarquesas.

A house in the neighborhood. - Uma casa na vizinhanca.

A street near my new house. - Uma rua perto da minha nova casa.

And afterwards I went to bed and my bedroom was like this in the first day.

E depois eu fui dormir e meu quarto estava assim no primeiro dia.

My blanket and my pillow are like a newspaper. -  Meu cobertor e meu travesseiro são tipo um jornal.

Now everything is already tidy. - Agora já ta tudo arrumado.

I woke up around 10 a.m., had a breakfast and went to a little walk with my mother and the dog, Tyson.

Eu acordei por volta das 10 da manhã, tomei café da manhã e fui passear com minha mãe e com o cachorro, Tyson.

This is Tyson. - Esse é o Tyson.

This is my new house. - Essa é minha nova casa.

And this is its garden. - E esse é o jardim dela.

This is the street where the house is. - Essa é a rua onde a casa fica.

And there are my mother and Tyson. - E alí estão minha mãe e Tyson.

Well, after I went to the zoo with my parents, I was so good.

Bem, depois eu fui pro zoológico com meus pais, foi muito bom.

My parents. - Meus pais.

The people use to carry babies or the things they take to the zoo like this.

As pessoas costumas levar bebês e as coisas que levam para o zoológico assim.

I have never seen a lion too close. - Eu nunca tinha visto um leão tão de perto.

I went in a tour in this train inside the zoo. - Eu fui num tour no zoológico nesse trem.

I touched one snake. - Eu toquei uma cobra.

Actually two snakes. - Na verdade duas cobras.

I found some weird animals to a zoo. Achei aguns animais estranhos para um zoológico.

Chickens. - Galinhas.

Horses. - Cavalos.

Pigs. - Porcos.

Cow. - Vaca.

I also learnt some new things. One of them is that in the summer here the sunrise is at 4 a.m. and the sunset is at 10 p.m. and in the winter the sunrise is at 9 a.m. and the sunset is around 4 p.m.. The other thing is really weird, in Brazil when you let a washbasin full of water and after take the thing that doesn't let the water go down, you will see that the water round counterclockwise and if you do the same thing in Denmark you will se that the water round clockwise, it is weird but it is like this.

And in the end of the day I played a different game called 30 with my family, we use 6 dice, you throw them all and you can get the ones you want in order to get a higher number when you add them. You have to take at least one and throw again, again and again, until you take all them. If you get 30, nothing happens, if you get less than 30, the number that is missing for 30 will be your points and if you get more than 30, you throw the dice again and if you get any of the number you had more than 30 it will be added to the points of the person that played before you and the one will play after. Who gets 30 points first lose, the others keep playing until remain one, that will be the winner. Well, difficult to explain, it's better when you can show it.

Eu também aprendi algumas coisas novas. Uma delas é que no verão aqui o sol nasce as 4:00 da manhã e se põe às 10:00 da noite e no inverno o sol nasce às 9:00 da manhã e se põe às 4:00 da tarde. A outra coisa é muito estranha, no Brasil quando você deixa uma pia cheia de água e depois tirar o tampão do ralo, você vai ver que a água roda no sentido anti horário e se você fizer a mesma coisa na Dinamarca você vai ver que a água gira no sentido horário, é muito estranho mas é tipo isso.

No final do dia, eu joguei um jogo diferente chamado 30 com a minha família, nós usamos 6 dados, você joga todos e pode tirar os que você quiser com o objetivo de ter um número maior quando somar os dados. Você tem que pegar pelo menos um cada vez que você jogar e jogar de novo, de novo, de novo, até você pegar todos. Se você obter 30, nada acontece, se você obter menos que 30, o número que falta para completar 30 vai se tranformar em pontos para você e se você obter mais de 30, você joga os dados de novo e se você obter algum do número que você teve a mais que 30, ele vai ser somado à pontuacão da pessoa que jogou antes de você e à da pessoa que jogará depois. Quem tiver 30 pontos primeiro perde, os outros continuam jogando até restar só um, que será o ganhador. Bem, difícil de explicar, é melhor quando dá pra demonstrar.

I went to get my danish identity, but it was not possible because I didn't have the name of a doctor, but now it is already solved. I also went to a restaurant to have a lunch and for the first time I ordered my own food in danish. It was an omelet of something without something and apple juice. It was very good. And in the night I did a pasta for the dinner, actually my mother helped me.

Eu fui para fazer minha identidade dinamarquesa, mas não foi possível porque eu não tinha o nome de um médico, mas agora já ta tudo certo. Eu também fui em um restaurante para almocar e pela primeira vez pedi minha própria comida em dinamarquês. Foi um omelete de alguma coisa sem alguma coisa e suco de macã. Foi muito bom. E a noite eu fiz macarrão para o jantar, na verdade minha mãe me ajudou.

I went to a canal tour with my mother in Copenhagen, we could see many old buildings, the womam talked in Danish, English and Spanish, but the sound was not that good so I couldn't understand almost anything.

Eu fui em um tour no canal com a minha mãe em Copenhage, nós pudemos ver muitos prédios antigos, a mulher falava em dinamarquês, inglês e espanhol, mas o som não era tão bom então eu não entendi quase nada.

Then we had lunch in a popular place of Copenhagen and my mother said that in the old times that wasn't a good place, she said men used to go there to find women for one night... But nowadays it is a nice place. I asket my own meal and my mother's too. We ate a vegetarian pasta called Vegetarian Dream, but in danish. It was very good. After we eat a delicious desert with strawberries and ice cream.


Então nós almocamos num lugar popular de Copenhage e minha mãe disse que antigamente lá não era um bom lugar, ela disse que os homens costumavam ir lá para encontrar mulheres pra uma noite... Mas atualmente é um lugar legal. Eu pedi meu próprio almoco e o da minha mãe também. Nós comemos um macarrão vegetariano chamado Sonho Vegetariano, mas em dinamarquês. Tava muito bom. Depois comemos uma sobremesa deliciosa com morangos e sorvete.

We came back home. - Nós voltamos para casa.

My bedroom is better now. - Meu quarto ta melhor agora.

In the afternoon I went to Paul's house, Paul is my conselor, he and his son Oliver will be my third family. Their house is very beautiful for two men. We talked about the rules of the Exchange Program: the 4 Don'ts, no Drink, no Drive, no Date, no Drugs. So we went to Heidi and Michael's house for the dinner, they are my second family and all my three families were there, it was very good.
People here eat with the fork on the left hand and I'm trying to do it too.


A tarde eu fui para a casa do Paul, Paul é o meu conselheiro, ele e o filho Oliver serão minha terceira família. A casa deles é muito bonita para dois homens. Nós falamos sobre as regras do Programa de Intercâmbio: os 4 Don'ts, não beber, não dirigir, não namorar, não drogas. Então nós fomos para a casa da Heidi e do Michael para um jantar, eles serão minha segunda família e todas as minhas três famílias estavam lá, foi muito bom.
As pessoas aqui comem com o garfo na mão esquerda e eu estou tentando fazer isso também.
